The Bloom Fixed Waist Stretch Boardshort is part of the TCSS Mixed Tape 20 collection. Made from stretch Cotton / Polyester fabric. 
Features an 18" outer leg seam. Fixed waist and eyelets that allow you to cinch in the waistband by an extra 2.5cm / 1".
