Earlier in 2024 we took a direct flight to LA, we did our best interpretation of balancing work and pleasure… With the so called T’s crossed and I’s dotted the allure of surfing sand bottom points in the Mexican sun was on the mind.

We were made very aware of a timely little bump in swell by a convincing friend Walt Robberds (aka Lobo Blanco) ~ Our lil Mexican Fling was official. 

Walt and soon to be wife Tui eagerly took on the role of our official unofficial tour guides and hooked us up hard ‘We just want you to have the best time’! Their love of Mexico, their connection with the people and unique knowledge of this part of the world put us on the spot. 

They translated, chauffeured, provided us with a never ending soundtrack, stuffed us full of tacos and cervezas and gave us more options to fill our day than we could comprehend. Oh and they took us surfing heaps! They did a fantastic job of filling our cup and for this we are forever grateful.
