We offer free shipping on orders over $160 NZD (excluding oversized items). For orders under $160, there’s a $7 flat rate, or $8.50 for rural addresses. Delivery takes 1–2 working days, with an additional 2–4 days for rural or oversized items. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tax invoice, order confirmation, and tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s status at any time.
Orders placed before 12 noon NZST Monday–Friday are dispatched same day. Orders after that time, or placed on weekends/public holidays, are shipped on the next business day. During busy periods, some delays may occur.

Yes, we ship to Australia using DHL Express. Shipping is free on orders over $400 NZD (excluding oversized items). Orders under that amount are charged a flat $50 NZD. Delivery to metropolitan areas usually takes 2–3 business days. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. International orders over $400 NZD qualify for free shipping (excludes oversized items). Orders under $400 incur a $60 NZD flat rate. We don’t ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
Within New Zealand, oversized items cost $50 to the North Island and $80 to the South Island. For international orders, shipping is calculated after purchase and charged separately. These items are excluded from free shipping offers.

Yes, if you ordered the wrong size (excluding lifestyle, skin, hair, discounted or sale items), we can exchange the item for the correct size—if available. The product will be exchanged like for like in the requested size and shipped at the expense of the customer. If the like for like product is not available a store credit to the value of the product will be issued with a one year expiry date. Please shop mindfully as we do not offer exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Afterpay allows you to receive your goods now and spread out your payments. You will be charged four automated payments, every two weeks, from your nominated debit or credit card. Pretty darn handy!
To use Afterpay, simply select the option at checkout and follow the easy prompts. You will need to log in or sign up to your Afterpay account in order to complete your purchase.
